SNCA wants to hear from you!  The Spring 2009 Society of North Carolina
Archivists (SNCA) Meeting is scheduled for Friday, March 13 at Duke
University, Durham, NC.

The Program Committee invites submission of proposals for meeting sessions
and workshops.  Find the Session Proposal form on the SNCA website, along
with tips for preparing strong proposals:
http://www.ncarchivists.org/meetings/newmeet.html. You do not have to be a
SNCA member to propose a session.
Proposals for individual presentations, poster sessions, panel discussions,
and other formats are welcome.  Also, you may use this form to propose a
pre-meeting workshop for Thursday, March 12. SNCA already has plans to offer
a 2 day SAA workshop on March 11-12:  MARC According to DACS: Archival
Cataloging to the New Descriptive Standard.
Please email your proposals to Adina Riggins, the Program Chair by Friday,
Jan. 9, 2009.  Thank you for your support of SNCA!
