Nominations are being accepted for the Robert James Award for Preservation Excellence. Libraries, museums, archives, historic sites, and other organizations in North Carolina with a mission to preserve tangible heritage of enduring value are eligible for nomination.
Excellence should be demonstrated through descriptions of projects and programs that highlight commitment to preservation. At least three letters of support are required. Individuals are not eligible to be nominated. Complete submission information can be found online. Deadline for submissions is October 11, 2019. The award will be presented at this year’s Annual Conference.
