The October 2019 issue of NC Preserves is now available. In this issue:

  • A 2nd round of NCMC/NCPC Hurricane Assistance Grants has been announced.
  • NCPC Preservation Grant update from Mendenhall Homeplace. Applications are due March 15, 2020, for the next round of grants.
  • NCPC Institutional Member High Point Museum receives National Endowment for the Humanities grant. Read about the project that got funded through NEH.
  • In other preservation news the Institute of Museum and Library Services released a new report based on the Heritage Health Survey; and LYRASIS Performing Arts Readiness is helping theaters and other performing arts venues prepare for and recover from disasters.
